# Flag or unflag tasks from the list

Flag tasks from the list to track their progress. Flagged tasks appear in Dispatcher Workspace.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: wm_dispatcher

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllCSM/ FSM Configurable Workspace.
2. Select the List ![List]() icon.
3. Select the list that contains the tasks you want to flag or unflag.
4. Select the tasks to flag or unflag.
5. Choose from the following action.

   | Flag tasks | Select Flag Tasks. |
   | Unflag tasks | Select More actions ![more actions]()Unflag Tasks |

   The tasks appear as flagged or unflagged in both the list and Dispatcher Workspace.
