Change the schedule attributes for your agents, offering the flexibility needed for specific work order tasks.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: wm_dispatcher, wm_manager, sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_planner, sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_resource_manager, wm_admin

Ensure the Territory Planning plugin is activated. The application includes demo data and installs related applications and plugins if they are not already installed.").

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllField ServiceDispatchingAgents.
2. Select the user for whom you want to add or change the schedule attributes.
3. Select the Resource Schedule Attributes related list.  
   Hinweis:  
   You can switch the agent's user profile view to FSM Profile or add the Resource Schedule Attributes related list to the form if it doesn't appear by default.
4. Perform one of the following actions:
   * Select New to add a new schedule attribute.
   * Click the name of an existing record to modify it.
5. In the form, fill in or update the fields.
6. Select Submit.  
   The `Resource Schedule Attributes` table is updated.

## Ergebnisse

The scheduling mechanisms consider an agent's schedule attributes from the `Resource Schedule Attributes` table for the given day.
