# Set agent status from the mobile UI

Field service agents can indicate their status from the mobile UI and let dispatchers
know if they are ahead of schedule, behind schedule, or on time.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: wm_agent

## Prozedur

1. In the mobile UI, navigate to Field ServiceSchedule Status.
2. Select the desired status in the On schedule field.
   * On time
   * Behind schedule, less than 30 minutes
   * Behind schedule, between 30 to 60 minutes
   * Behind schedule, more than an hour
   * Ahead of schedule

3. Click Save.  
   The status is updated on the agent's form. The dispatcher can see this status update in Dispatcher Workspace.
