You can access recorded Zoom and Microsoft Teams
meetings details from conference record of a particular work order task.

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllField Service ManagementWork OrderAll Work Order Tasks.
2. Open a work order task from the list.
3. Click the Conferences related list in the Work Order Task form.
4. Review the details from the Conference list.
   * To review the Zoom meeting details, open a Zoom recording.
   * To review the Microsoft Teams meeting details, open a Microsoft Teams recording.
