    • Create a schedule for regular maintenance or downtime for an equipment instance.

    Vorbereitungen

    Role required: wm_admin, wm_dispatcher

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Field Service > Equipment Resources > Equipment Instances.
    2. Select an instance.
    3. In the Resource Events related list, click New.
    4. On the form, fill in the fields.
      Tabelle : 1. Resource Events
      Fields Description
      Resource Name of the equipment instance.
      Type Type of resource event.
      • Downtime
      • Maintenance
      Schedule Schedule for this downtime or maintenance.
    5. Click Update.

    Ergebnisse

    The schedule appears under the Resource Events related list and on Dispatcher Workspace.
