# Zoom in or out on the calendar

Adjust the calendar zoom level in Dispatcher Workspace to view task details more clearly.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: wm_dispatceher

Show zoom controls must be enabled to zoom in or out on the calendar. For more information, see [Enable Dispatcher Workspace settings](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/lbZeatRnH73va_C4OiS6Zw "Determine what is displayed in the Dispatcher Workspace so you only see the information most relevant to your work.").

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllField ServiceDispatchingDispatcher Workspace.
2. Select Dispatcher Workspace.
3. Select the Expand Toolbar icon ![expand toolbar]() to display the zoom controls
4. Select the Zoom in icon ![zoom in]() or the Zoom out icon ![zoom out]().  
   Hinweis:  
   You can't zoom out farther than 100%.
5. **Wahlweise:** Select the zoom percentage to reset the zoom back to 100%.
