View a map of the job site and get directions to the specific on-site location.

## Vorbereitungen

To view site maps, administrators must activate the Site Mapping for Field Service Management plugin (com.). For more information, see [Activate Site Mapping for Field Service Management](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/qKMUllIhPYD72vi4~9vqxg "Install the Site Mapping for Field Service Management application (sn_fsm_site_map) if you have the admin role.").

Role required: wm_agent

## Prozedur

3. Select Site.
