Onboard a contractor company to outsource field service tasks. The contractor company
then sends its employees to the customer location to perform required tasks.

You can also do the initial configuration of onboarding a contractor company through
the Field ServiceAdministrationContractor Management guided setup. For more information about using the guided setup

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to Outsourced Field ServiceOutsourced Service Providers.
2. Click New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Name | Name of the contractor company. |
   | Manager | Internal manager of the company selected from a drop-down list. |
   | Phone | Company phone number. |
   | Fax phone | Fax number of the company. |
   | Website | Web address of the company. |
   | Street | Mailing street address of the company. |
   | City | City in which the company is located. |
   | State / Province | State or province in which the company is located. |
   | Zip / Postal code | ZIP or postal code for the company. |
   | Country | Name of the country in which the external contractor company is located. |
   | Service Provider Type | Field Service Provider. |
   | Notes | Any information about the company that would be helpful for others to know. |

4. Click Submit.

## Ergebnisse

The external contractor company is successfully onboarded.
