View a task or event on the calendar from the map

    You can view individual tasks directly from the map. For collocated markers (multiple tasks at the same location), open the contextual side panel first, then follow the steps in View a task or event on the calendar.

    If you are in map mode and select View on calendar, then you’re switched to Hybrid mode to see the task on the calendar.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Field Service > Dispatching > Dispatcher Workspace.
    2. Select Dispatcher Workspace.
    3. Select Map or Hybrid mode.
    4. Select the task that you want to view on the calendar.
    5. Select View on calendar.
      The calendar displays the task at its scheduled date and time, with the assigned agent in the Added resources section.
