Consumer Service Portal および Customer Service Portal を使用するためのポータルプラグインをアクティブ化します。

始める前に

必要なロール：管理者

手順

1. ServiceNow Store アプリケーションに移動するか、 すべて > システム定義 > プラグイン アプリケーションで。CSM
2. 次のプラグインのいずれかをインストールします。

   プラグイン名	プラグイン
   Customer Service Portal	com.snc.customer_service_portal
   Consumer Service Portal	com.snc.consumer_service_portal

3. [アクティブ化] を選択します。
