Report a major incident from Incident Management
Report a critical incident from the Service Operations Workspace of the Incident Management application into the Digital resilience incident reporting application.

About this task
Verify that the sn_dora_accel_entity table (Legal entity for DORA) contains a record for the financial entity submitting the report and that sn_dora_accel_third_party contains records for any ICT third-party providers involved. The Initial report questionnaire references these tables.
- Create an incident report from SOW in Incident Management.
- Copy the impacted areas from the source tables.
- Create action tasks and regulatory assessments for the initial, intermediate, and final reports.
- Respond to the assessments and populate the responses.
- Configure the rules engine to automatically update the regulatory status on the incident reporting case.
- Extract the reports in Microsoft Excel format for the regulators.
A critical incident is reported in the Service Operations Workspace and impacts related services as shown in the examples.
The incident triggers a Digital resilience incident reporting case in the Operational Resilience Workspace.
