# Download Compliance Case Management {#ariaid-title1}

Before you run the Compliance Case Management application in your instance, you must download it from the ServiceNow Store.

## About this task

The ServiceNow Store application enables you to download the core products and applications. A product contains one or more applications that are licensed as a group. For example, the GRC application is a product.

## Procedure

1. In the ServiceNow Store application, you must ensure that you have entitlements, or licenses, to the application and its dependent applications.  
   Note:  
   This process applies only to the applications that are downloaded to the production instances. If you're downloading the applications to your non-production or development instances, it isn't necessary to get entitlements. Proceed to [Activate a ServiceNow Store application](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=activate-entitled-store-app&version=australia&pubname=australia-security-management&ft:locale=en-US).
2. Activate the application and run it on your instance.
