# Submit combined assessments

# Submit combined assessments {#ariaid-title1}

Combine your Smart Assessment Engine assessments so you can respond to all of them together. You can also configure your responses to replicate automatically across all applicable assessments so you don't need to fill
them in manually.

## Procedure

1. In your workspace, navigate to your list of assessments.  
   Here's an example of how to navigate to this list in the Compliance Workspace.
   1. Navigate to AllPolicy and ComplianceCompliance Workspace.
   2. Select the tasks icon ![]().
   3. Select the Control attestationsSmart Assessments on the left panel.
   4. The smart assessments list is displayed.

2. Select the assessments that you want to combine.
3. Select Combine.
4. On the Combine Assessments pop-up window, complete the following:
   1. In the Combined assessment name field, enter a name for the combination of assessments.
   2. Copy your responses across all combined assessments by turning on the Enable auto copy toggle switch.  
      * The auto-copy feature is activated when the combined assessment is created and can't be changed later. For more details, refer to [Combining assessments and copying responses](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/0VIbqE9TIHFJgodURaQ5Uw "You can combine multiple assessments assigned to you into a single, streamlined view, enabling you to submit or reassign them all at once. You can also copy your response from one assessment and apply it to the other assessments. This feature enables you to work on all the assessments together more efficiently.").
      * The auto-copy feature is available only when combined assessments originate from the same template. If the assessments are from different templates, the auto-copy feature remains disabled and cannot be activated.

5. Select Continue.  
   A combined assessment instance opens that shows all the selected assessments within one assessment view. The scope, reference information, and instructions for each original assessment are preserved.
6. Respond to the questions in the combined assessment.
7. Select Submit all.
