# Activate AI skills in ServiceNow Otto for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) {#ariaid-title1}

Activate a skill before you can use the generative AI capabilities for the ServiceNow Otto for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) application.

## Before you begin

Install the Enhanced Features for IRM Professional (sn_irm_pro_plus) or Enhanced Features for IRM Enterprise (sn_irm_ent_plus) plugin.

Role required: sn_nowassist_admin.nsa_admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllAdmin CenterAI Admin Hub.
2. Select the AI Skills tab.
3. Under Technology workflow, select Risk \& Sustainability.
4. Open the skill details by selecting View details on the skill card.
5. Enable the skill by selecting Activate skill.
