# Import the delivery channels

# Import the delivery channels from Everbridge {#ariaid-title1}

Import the delivery channels from the Everbridge instance. You can then easily send the notifications through the delivery channels.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_bcm.admin

## About this task

You may face challenges in connecting with your stakeholders at the time of a crisis. Your notifications may not reach the stakeholders as they may no longer use the same delivery methods. When you have imported the delivery channels to reach your contacts and selected groups, you can send the notifications in an easier and manageable way.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to Business ContinuityEverbridge Notification ConfigurationDelivery Channels.
2. Select Import.  
   All delivery channels are imported from the Everbridge instance successfully. When the notification is successful, you receive a message of confirmation from Everbridge.
