Managers with the sn_grc_reg_change.manager role and the users with the
sn_grc_reg_change.user role can view and perform certain tasks in the Regulatory Change Tasks
module.

## Views and actions available to managers {#views-and-actions__section_n51_q1d_knb}

Managers with the sn_grc_reg_change.manager role can view the following tasks in the Regulatory Change Tasks module:

* All Assigned Tasks
* Unassigned Tasks
* New Tasks
* Respond Tasks
* Pending Approval Tasks
* Implementation Tasks
* Closed Tasks
* My Approvals

Managers can perform the following actions on a regulatory change task:

* Assign the regulatory change task to a user with the sn_grc_reg_change.user role.
* Add instructions for the assignee on the task.
* Get added to the watchlist.
* Add work notes.
* Add a future due date to complete the work on the regulatory change task.
* Add an approver, typically another manager, to approve the regulatory change task.
* Update the work notes.

## Views and actions available to other users {#views-and-actions__section_lss_51d_knb}

Users with the sn_grc_reg_change.user role can view the following tasks in the Regulatory
Change Tasks module:

* New Tasks
* Respond Tasks
* Pending Approval Tasks
* Implementation Tasks
* Closed Tasks

If the user is assigned the regulatory change task, then the user can log in and perform the following actions on the regulatory change task:

* View the regulatory change task under New tasks.
* Update the work notes.
* Select Respond to move the task to the Respond state.
* Verify if an action task should be created for the regulatory change task.
* Evaluate if the incoming alert has an impact on the GRC library of the current system.
* View the details of the impact assessment performed by entity owners.
* Create necessary action tasks that are related to the Compliance and Risk areas in the GRC library, and then assign them to an appropriate group.
