Use the recommendation context form to create a configuration.

| Name | Name of the recommendation context. For example, Suggest remediation tasks. |
| Applies to | Table that the recommendation context applies to. For example, Issue \[sn_grc_issue\]. |
| Extension point | Extension point for the configuration. For information about extension points, see [Extension points](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/KD8tWjadh_MoZH1cBd5Fzg "Use extension points to extend the functionality of an application without altering the original application code. Recommendation contexts use extension points to enable additional functionality while configuring the recommendation contexts or templates."). |
| Active | Option to make the configuration active. |
