# Modify email templates

You can modify the email templates to align the messages with your organization's branding, or to add disclaimers required by regional regulations.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_grc_pdr.pdr_admin

## About this task

The following email notifications are sent to the requesters when they use the external facing PDR form:

Verification email
:   Sends verification code to validate their email address.

Acknowledgment email
:   Notifies requesters that their privacy request has been received and is being processed.

Proof of authorization email
:   Requests proof of authorization from authorized agents who submit requests on behalf of someone.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllSystem MailboxesOutboundOutbox.
2. Select the email template (verification, acknowledgment, or proof of authorization email) that you want to add.
3. **Optional:** After making the changes, select Preview email and review the changes.
4. Save the changes by selecting Update.
