# Follow up on an anonymous report

follow up on a report from the Anonymous Reporting Center {#ariaid-title1}

Check the status of your case on the Anonymous Reporting Center and follow up on any required additional
details.

## Before you begin

You must have the report key and report number to access the report. If you did not download a PDF copy of the report when you submitted it to obtain this information, you have to submit a new case.

Role required: To access Employee Center, you must have the sn_grc.business_user
role.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllSelf-ServiceEmployee Center.
2. Access ARC from the Employee Center landing page.
   * For privacy or compliance cases, select the Risk and compliance tab.
   * For AI cases, navigate to Help centerTechnology services, and select AI assets.

3. Select the Visit Anonymous Report Center card.  
   You're automatically signed out of your employee account and redirected to the ARC landing page.
4. On the Anonymous Reporting Center landing page, select Follow up on a report.
5. Provide the report key and report number.
6. Enter the CAPTCHA verification code displayed on the screen in the Text verification field.
7. Select Next.  
   This opens your report, which hosts the case status and the history of your interactions with the investigator. Your identity remains confidential throughout.
