# Add or create an issue for the Operational vulnerability

Add an existing issue from the available issues or create an issue for the Operational vulnerability.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_oper_res.manager

## About this task

While addressing the Operational vulnerability, an issue can be in the open state. The Operational vulnerability can be closed even if the associated issue is in the Open or Work in progress state.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesOperational Resilience WorkspaceAll Operational Vulnerabilities.
2. Open the vulnerability for which you want to add an issue.
3. Select the Issues related list and add or create an issue.

4. Select Save.  
   The issue related to the vulnerability is displayed in the Issues related list.

   The vulnerability record is still in the Assessment state.
