Use the Create Business Process form in Operational Resilience Workspace to set up a business process and configure its related lists.

| Name | Name of the business process. |
| Parent | Parent service that is associated with the business process. |
| Life Cycle Stage | Life cycle stage of the business process, for example, Ideation. |
| Life Cycle Stage Status | Status of the life cycle stage, for example, Evaluation. |
| Review frequency | Review frequency for the business process. Available options are: * Monthly * Quarterly * Semi Annual/Half Yearly * Annually {#create-new-business-process-form__ul_fzd_gl4_zfc} |
| Next review date | Next review date for the business process. This field is auto-assigned by the system. |
