ServiceNow Otto for TPRM is supported starting from the Zurich patch 4 release.

## Supported language models {#supporting-information-now-assist-tprm__section_ywg_vtk_hhc}

You can use Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude on AWS as the AI model providers for supported ServiceNow Otto® capabilities. Model availability depends on the feature and your AI licensing tier. As of version 22.3.4, ServiceNow Otto for Third-party Risk Management (TPRM) supports Google Gemini 3.5 Flash, OpenAI GPT 5.1, and OpenAI GPT 5.4 mini models in addition to the previously supported models. The default model for the issue recommendation skill is Azure OpenAI gpt-4-5-mini.

## Supported user interfaces {#supporting-information-now-assist-tprm__section_jps_4gs_dyb}

The ServiceNow Otto for TPRM application skills TPRM Issue Summarization and TPRM Issue Recommendation can be accessed in the Vendor Management Workspace and Core UI. Issue recommendations are available only for Smart Assessment Engine questionnaires.
