Tables are added with the activation of the AI Risk and Compliance application.

| AI system \[sn_grc_ai_gov_ai_system\] | Captures AI use cases submitted via the Employee Center, serving as a central repository for all submitted requests. |
| AI system entity \[sn_grc_ai_gov_ai_system_entity_map\] | Maintains entity information for AI systems created through the intake form, including linked details about associated AI models and datasets. |
| AI system task \[sn_grc_ai_gov_ai_system_task\] | Tracks AI impact assessments and system-related tasks, such as Legal Review, Architecture Review, Security Review, and other required evaluations. |
| AI case \[sn_ai_case_mgmt_ai_case\] | Consolidates AI-related cases and inquiries, providing a comprehensive view of all AI engagements and support requests. |
