Starting with GRC: Regulatory Change Management, version 13.0.1, the Regulatory Change Management application is available in Compliance Workspace. Compliance Workspace provides your users with a single-pane view so that they can check upcoming regulatory changes, assess their impact, and implement risk and compliance-related changes for the organization.

You can access Regulatory Change Management in the Compliance Workspace using the regulatory change icon ![]() icon.

The Compliance Workspace using the provides a single-pane view with a personalized experience and simplified user journey for your users.

* The default home page for the Regulatory Change Management manager displays actionable insights and quick links.
* The contextual side panel displays the regulatory taxonomy for each regulatory alert record.
* View the number of overdue or open risk and regulatory assessments.
* The record pages provide a quick summary and insights that are specific to what is being viewed.
* The form layout, field labels, messages, and breadcrumb navigation provide a consistent experience to the users across the ServiceNow AI Platform.
* A 360° view provides an overview of the data relationship for a record across an enterprise.

The Regulatory Change Management application in Compliance Workspace contains the following pages.

Regulatory Change Management application overview page ![]()
:   Provides an overview, trends, and tracking status of the regulatory activity across your organization.

Tasks page ![]()
:   Provides an overview of the tasks that are assigned to the users, user groups, reported items, and watchlist.

Issues overview page ![]()
:   Provides an overview, tracking status, and performance trends of the issues.

List page ![]()
:   Provides the list of the GRC objects in the Compliance Workspace.

GRC administrators configure the tasks and issues in the Landing Page Configurations module in the classic user interface. These tasks and issues are visible to the end users in the landing pages of various workspaces.
