Use the Entity type new record form to create an entity type depending on your business requirement.

## Entity type record form {#entity-type-reference__section_esl_zl2_4tb}

For a description of the field values, see the following table.{#entity-type-reference__table_FloorForm__entry__2}

| Field | Description |
|-|-|
| Name | Name of the entity type such as Business Processes, Services, or Facilities. |
| Compliance Score Percentage | Compliance score percentage for the entity type as defined in the Policy and Compliance Management application. Auto-populated field. |
| Active | Option to mark the entity type as active. |
| Description | Description for the entity type. |
| Pillar | Category that is used to organize your risk data and that an entity type is assigned to. The available options are as follows: * Services * Process * Suppliers * Technology * Facilities * People {#entity-type-reference__ul_rbf_mp5_25b} |
| Settings ||
| Functional domain | Functional domain for the entity, for example, IT and risk compliance. |
