The Manage content page displays all the ServiceNow links in your Microsoft Word report, including content inserted using the AI reporting assistant.
Manage content
The Manage content page is accessible from the Document designer add-in in Microsoft Word. The AI generated section appears at the top of the page when AI-generated content is present in the document.
AI generated section
The AI generated section displays cards for each piece of content inserted using the AI reporting assistant during a tracked conversation.
Each card includes the following:
- Title: the name of the AI-generated content, generated by the Microsoft Word reporting agent. Titles are limited to 255 characters. To view the full title, hover over the card.
- Content type: the type of content inserted, displayed as part of the title for multi-source content. For example: Chart Name, Table Name, Story Name, or Data Name.
- Link: the source table of the AI-generated content, aligned to the right of the card.
