Configure role mappings on a business domain to control which users can select the domain when importing data into a Microsoft Word document.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_business_domain.admin
Procedure

Enter sn_grc_business_domain.LIST in the filter navigator.
The Business domains list opens in a new tab.

Select the business domain record you want to configure.

In the Role mappings related list, select New.

In the Context field, select Document designer.

In the Roles field, select the edit icon.

Select the required roles.

Select Done.

Select Submit.
