  • To create an SR Ops team for the first time, users request the catalog item that is used to create new team. Import and configure the update set that includes the base-system catalog item and its supporting Integration Hub flows.

    About this process

    An Integration Hub flow supports the team creation process and a subflow supports team updates. In the default flow, a System Administrator must approve requests to create a team. You can change the approver.

    In this one-time procedure, you import and commit an update set that includes the catalog item and flows. You then configure the catalog item and flows to support your business processes. When you finish this process, team members and managers will be able to start using SR Ops.
