    • Configure the system properties that support creation of SR Ops teams.

    Role required: sro_admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Site Reliability Operations > Administration > Properties.
    2. Set the following property values:
      Tabelle : 1. System properties for the quick-start catalog item
      Property Setting

      Catalog Item (sys_id) which is used to Create a Team

      sn_sro.create_team_cat_item

      		 Set the value to the sys_id of the preconfigured catalog item. You copied the sys_id of the catalog item to the clipboard in the Activate the quick-start team catalog item procedure.

      Update team subflow name

      sn_sro.update_team_subflow

      		 global.global__update_team_subflow
      Tipp:
      Copy/paste the value because it includes two underscore characters in a row.

    Ergebnisse

    The basic processes for creating an SR Ops team are now in place. You have the option to use the flow designer to customize the flow. For more information on how to update a flow, see Edit a flow.
