Cancel a Universal Request in Service Operations Workspace

  • Cancel the Universal Request if the issue is resolved already or you no longer require the request.

    You can cancel a universal request only if there are no active or closed primary tickets attached to it. You can cancel a universal request in New or In Progress state's only. When the universal request is canceled, email notifications are sent to the stakeholders associated with the request.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. From the navigation list, select List.
    3. From the navigation list, select Universal Request > Open.
    4. From the list of open universal requests, select the request you want to cancel.
    5. Select Canceled from the State field.
      Hinweis:
      If the person in Opened for tries to cancel the request, then they must enter the reason for canceling.
    6. Select Update.
