Approve a change request

    • Approve a change request when the change is reviewed and approved by the Change Advisory Board (CAB) workbench.

    Vorbereitungen

    Role required: sro_admin or sro_manager

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Site Reliability Operations > Site Reliability Ops Workspace.
    2. In the Site Reliability Ops Workspace, use one of the following methods to open an approval record.

      Home page icon
      • Click the Home page icon (Home page icon.).
      • Under the My Work > Approvals section, click to open the record.
      Lists icon
      • Click the Lists icon (Lists icon.).
      • Select Change > Approvals.

      • Click to open the record.
    3. Click to open the record.
    4. On the State field, click the list and select Approved.

    5. Click Save.
      The state of the change request changes from the Assess state to the Approved state.
