View the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) metrics on the ITSM Success Dashboard for a selected period to analyze the performance.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: user

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllSuccess DashboardSuccess Dashboard.
2. Select Performance Overview tab.
3. Select Show calendar.  
4. Select the year, and the month.
5. Select OK.  
   Hinweis:  
   The values of all the KPIs including the contributing KPIs for the selected criteria is displayed on the dashboard. The data is refreshed for each selected criteria.
