Propose a major incident
Propose an incident to a major incident candidate based on the incident information.

Open an incident record.

On the incident record, use the following information to decide if you want to propose this incident:
- Incident information on the Overview tab
- Incident information on the Details tab
- Incident information on the Related records tab
- Record information on the Contextual side panel
For more information on the tabs, see Managing a major incident record.
- On the incident record for the incident that you want to propose, select Propose Major incident.

On the Propose Major incident window, fill in the details.
