View and approve records in Service Operations Workspace

    • Access the My Approvals in SOW to manage the approval requests for change, request, catalog task, and requested item.

    Role required: itil, sn_change_read, sn_request_read

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. Navigate to List > Approvals > My Approvals.
    3. Select a record to approve or reject the request.
    4. Wahlweise: Select Approve to approve the request.
    5. Wahlweise: Select Reject to reject the request.
