Redirection enables you to automatically route users to the SOW landing page upon login.

Landing page redirection can be configured in any of the following ways:

* Conditional, based on user criteria, for example, Service Desk groups.
* Blanket. All users are first redirected to the Service Operations Workspace home page and the audience configuration determines which landing page should be used.
* Optional. In this case, users can opt out of the redirection.
