View collected metrics with Metrics analyzer

    Use DEX Metrics analyzer to view key performance metrics collected for specific Configuration Items (CIs), in a single location. The Metrics analyzer enables you to select specific metrics for a device or application and see the aggregated metrics in a single consolidated time series.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. In the primary navigation pane, select the Devices icon () or the Applications icon ().
    3. Select a device or an application from the list.
    4. Select the Open in Metrics Analyzer button.
    5. In the Metrics analyzer window, search for or select up to five metrics to display as a graph.

    6. Wahlweise: Filter your data by page name, location, OS, or date range.
      The Location and OS fields are available only on the Metrics analyzer page for applications.
    7. Wahlweise: Select Unselect all to remove the results.
