View the SLA details of a problem in the contextual side panel of Service Operations Workspace so that you can prioritize the problem and resolve it within the defined SLA timeline.

## Vorbereitungen

You must configure the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timer for Problem Management. Select from the existing Problem resolution and Problem response configurations, or create your own. For more information, see [Configure the SLA timer](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/hDZhy~2Cr76ZJIk1yeayqQ "Configure the SLA timer to determine which task SLA must be displayed as part of the timer component.") and [Create an SLA definition](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/nY6ympFbLik8FEYkzDan2Q "You can create one or more Service Level Agreement (SLA) definitions and use them to create an SLA record. This SLA record enables you to use an SLA system for your organization's task.").

Role required: admin

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllProblemWorkspace ConfigurationContextual Sidebar.
2. From the SLAs and timings row, set the Active column value to true.

## Ergebnisse

The SLAs and timings card is visible within Record information in the Service Operations Workspace contextual sidebar.
