Leave a ServiceNow
Walk-up Experience Tech Lounge queue at any time by using the Now® Mobile app on your mobile device.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: user

## Prozedur

1. On your mobile device, tap the Now® Mobile app icon ().
2. Navigate to My ItemsMy Tech Visits.
3. Navigate to your Queue card using one of these options.

   | Services | Tap the more options icon (![More options icon.]())Visit a Tech LoungeVisits |
   | Information | Tap the headphones icon (![Headphones icon.]())Visits |

4. Tap your visit card to open it.
5. Tap Leave queue.  
   You can also swipe your visit card and tap Leave queue.
