  • Walk-up Experience kiosks offer immediate assistance to the requesters by supporting them with technical issues, questions, or requests. The requesters can receive on-the-spot guidance or resolution for their IT-related problems.

    Warum und wann dieser Vorgang ausgeführt wird

    A kiosk refers to a platform specifically catering to a particular service that you have to offer to the requesters. The kiosks are an efficient way to offer services to the requesters to resolve their issues.

    You can set up multiple kiosks at a walk-up location depending on various business processes. For example, financial organizations, hospitals, and IT companies can use kiosks as an alias to agents.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Walk-up Experience > Administration > Walk-up Locations.
    2. Select a location from the list of Walk-up locations for which you want to create or add a kiosk.
    3. On the Walk-up Location Kiosks related list, select New.
    4. On the Walk-up Location Kiosk form, fill in the fields.

      Field Description

      Name

      Unique name of the kiosk.

      Description

      Details describing the services provided at the kiosk.

      Active

      Option to make the kiosk active for the location.

      Location queue

      Location where you want to create a kiosk. The field is automatically populated with the current location. You can create the kiosk for another location by selecting different locations from the look-up list.

    5. Select Submit.
