    • Build and run custom queries to uncover insights across your digital workspace. Use custom query builder to generate reports on any of the performance metrics on your device.

    Vorbereitungen

    Confirm that the DEX plugin (sn_dex) is installed.

    Role required: admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. In the primary navigation pane, select the DEX Insights icon ().
    3. Select Query builder on the Insights page.
    4. Select the metrics to build a query based on your requirement.
    5. Select the filter by Department, Device list, and Operating system.
    6. Select View results.

    Ergebnisse

    The custom query results appear.

    Hinweis:
    You can choose to export the query result and access the download file from the downloaded reports.
