    • Build and run custom reports to uncover insights across your digital workspace. Use the Query builder capability to generate reports on any of the performance metrics on a device or application.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. In the primary navigation pane, select the DEX Insights icon ().
    3. Under Custom report, select New report.
    4. Complete the New insights report form and select Generate report.
