    As an IT technician, you can propose a standard change template for a change request that you frequently create. This new template is sent for approval to the Change Management team, which reviews the proposal and approves the template as part of the approval process.

    Prozedur

    1. Create a new change request to open the standard change catalog.
    2. From the More Actions icon (More actions icon), select Propose a new template.
    3. Fill the fields of the Standard Change Proposal form.
    4. Select Save.
      The proposal is created with the status New.
    5. Select Request Approval.

    Ergebnisse

    The proposal for a new standard change template is created with the status In Progress.
