View visitor policy confirmations

    • View policy confirmations that were submitted by the visitors.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_wsd_visitor.staff

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Workplace Visitor Management > Administration > Visitor policy confirmations.
      You can also navigate to the Visitor registration record of the visitor.
    2. From the Visitor Policy Confirmations list, select the record that you want to view.
    3. View the details about the Visitor Policy Confirmation.
      Note:
      For policies that require a signature, the signature is attached to the record as an image. If the admin anonymizes the visitor, the signature is removed from the record.

      Field Description
      Visitor registration Visitor registration record that contains information about the visit, visitor, and visitor services.
      Location policy Policies that are linked to the location of the visit.
      Active Option to activate the record.
      State State of the policy confirmation.

      This field is automatically updated based on whether the visitor has accepted, declined, or not responded to the policies.
