The Team details page, embedded within the Org talent page, offers organizational leaders insight into the skills and talent makeup of teams under their leadership. Accessible via the Employee Center under the Leader hub, this page helps leaders evaluate team composition, skill proficiency, and engagement metrics.

Accessing the Team details page
- Navigate to the Employee Center and select Org talent from the Leader hub drop-down list.
- Select an employee card who leads a team within your organization.
- Click the View team details button on the selected employee’s card.
Team details widgets
The page includes several key widgets providing vital team data:
- Growth engagement: Measures employee interaction with Talent Development growth tools, helping leaders gauge engagement levels.
- Team skill score: Displays a proficiency score indicating how well the team meets required skill levels for their roles. A score of 100 means full proficiency. It also highlights skills needing improvement.
- Employee work arrangement: Shows team members’ distribution across work arrangements such as on-site, remote, or hybrid.
- Range of years spent at the company: Visualizes team tenure by configurable time segments (default ranges: <1 year, 1–2 years, 2–6 years, >6 years). Data is updated weekly based on Employment start date from Employee Profile records.
- Time spent in current positions: Displays tenure distribution in current roles with similar configurable segments and weekly updates from the Start date in Employee Job Profile records.
- Range of employee experience: Bar chart showing the number of team members at various experience levels, including the manager. Data is retrieved from the Job level field in Employee Job Profiles.

| Team skill score | Widget displays a skill score associated with a team in the leader's organization. This score measures the number of people, in a specific team, who have achieved the proficiency levels necessary for each skill required by the
roles in that team. A score of 100 means that the requirements are met. This widget also reflects a list of skills on which the team must improve the most. |
| Employee work arrangement | Widget reflects a distribution of team members by work arrangements (for example, on-site, remote, hybrid). |
