Create definitions for achievements to define the end goal.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_lep.achievement_manager

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllLearningAchievementsAchievement Definitions.
2. Select New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

  Define user access to the collection to configure who has can and can't read access to the achievements.

  Add associated skills to define the scope of an achievement.
