Enroll as a mentor or mentee to learn from your peers in new ways.

## Before you begin

Role required: none

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllEmployee CenterYour careerMentoring.
2. Select Get started.
3. Select one from the following options:  
   * I want to be a mentee
   * I want to be a mentor

   Note:  
   You can do both, but you will have to enroll as a mentee and mentor separately.
4. Select Next and answer the questions that appear in the wizard.

  As a mentee, add your preferences to find the right mentor to guide you through your career.
* **[Search and add skills](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/ceaYrbR3zRuxgaYgjXxCBg)**   
  As a mentee, search for a skill name or a keyword to find a mentor who specialises in that skill to help you.
* **[Add mentor preferences](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/JvYXX_iYz0N~tY9idz5gvQ)**   
  As a mentor, add your preferences to help mentees find out if you're the right match for them
