Enable or disable notifications

    • Enable or disable Legal Counsel Center notifications to subscribe to items that interest you and unsubscribe from information that does not interest you and is not mandatory.

    Before you begin

    You must have the following applications installed:
    • Legal Request Management
    • Legal Counsel Center

    Role required: admin

    About this task

    For information about the available notifications, see Legal Counsel Center notifications.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Self-Service > My Notification Preferences.
    2. Select Advanced Preferences in the General tab of the Notifications window.
    3. Enter Legal in the Search notifications field.
    4. Enable or disable any legal matters or legal request notifications.

    Result

    The notification is enabled or disabled for the user. For more information on the notifications, see Legal Counsel Center notifications.
