Create content for campaigns for Workplace from Facebook

    • Create content for a campaign that is published to groups on Workplace from Facebook. The content for Workplace from Facebook can include a message, a URL, and an image.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_ca.campaign_admin, sn_fb_wp_spoke.workplace_fb_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Content Delivery > Facebook Workplace Content.
    2. Click New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields:

      Field Description
      Title Descriptive title of the content.
      Content type Facebook Workplace post.
      Active Option to indicate that the content is active and available for use.
      Message Message that is part of a post on Workplace from Facebook groups.
      Note:
      Only bold text, italics text, links, bullet list, and numbered list are supported.
      Image Image that is part of post on Workplace from Facebook groups.
      Note:
      • Only JPG, PNG, and GIF type of images can be uploaded.
      • The maximum file size for PNG is 1MB and for the other image types is 4MB.
      URL URL that is part of a post on Workplace from Facebook groups. You can add external web links and video links.
    4. Click Submit.
