Healthcare Professional data model

  • The Healthcare Professional data model stores confidential HR data, such as name, personal contact information, email addresses, professional liability insurance details, medical degree and employment history healthcare professional, previous employment history.

    The Healthcare Professional Profile data model enables the organization to access and track information of the healthcare professional throughout the period of employment. Healthcare Professional Profile records are stored confidentially and are not publicly viewable.

    Auto-create a Healthcare professional profile

    Auto-create a healthcare professional profile when a manager or an hiring agent places an onboarding request for a healthcare professional. Store the details of the health care professional by maintaining strict edit or view permissions.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hc_professional.profile_writer

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Healthcare professional profile > Healthcare professional profiles.
      Alternatively, you can also view the Healthcare Professional Profiles by navigating to All > Agent Workspace for HR Case Management. In Lists, select Healthcare Professional Profiles.
    2. On the form, fill in the required fields.
      Most of the data in these fields are auto-filled based on information provided in healthcare employee onboarding form and details provided by healthcare professional on the profile intake forms in Employee Center. See Healthcare professional profile form.
    3. Click Update.

    Record Professional ID details

    Store the professional ID details that a healthcare professional provides via the profile intake forms in Employee Center.

    About this task

    Professional ID is a unique ID granted to a healthcare professional when the healthcare professional registers in a healthcare network.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Healthcare Professional profile > Healthcare professional profiles.
      Alternatively, you can also view the Healthcare Professional Profiles by navigating to All > Agent Workspace for HR Case Management. In Lists, select Healthcare Professional Profiles.
    2. Open a Healthcare professional profile.
    3. In the Professional ID related list, open the auto-created record.
    4. On the form, fill in the required fields:
      Most of the data in these fields are auto-filled based on information provided by healthcare professional on the profile intake forms in Employee Center. See Professional ID form.
    5. Click Update.

    Record professional liability insurance

    Store the professional liability insurance details that a healthcare professional provides via the profile intake forms in Employee Center.

    3. In the Professional Liability Insurance related list, open the auto-created record.
    4. On the form, fill in the required fields:

    5. Click Update.

    Add a professional reference

    Store the professional reference details that a healthcare professional provides via the profile intake forms in Employee Center.

    4. On the form, fill in the required fields:

    Record professional specialty details

    Store details of the healthcare area in which the healthcare professional specialises and has obtained the required trainings and certifications. These details are provided by healthcare professional via the profile intake forms in Employee Center.

    2. Open a Healthcare professional profile.
    3. In the Professional Specialty Details related list, open the auto-created record.
    4. On the form, fill in the required fields:

    5. Click Update.

    Record practice location

    4. On the form, fill in the fields.

    4. On the form, fill in the fields:

    Record payer enrollments
