The Synchronization Health Dashboard enables ServiceNow customers to monitor reservation synchronization effectively within their Workplace Calendar environment. It provides real-time visibility into the creation and processing of events and calendar items, helping administrators track synchronization status and identify issues promptly.

Note that the dashboard has been migrated to Workplace Central for new Workplace Service Delivery customers, with old dashboards being deprecated soon. Existing customers can still access the legacy dashboards temporarily.
Access and Roles
To access the dashboard, navigate to All > Workplace Central > Workplace Dashboards.
This dashboard is primarily designed for system administrators and Workplace Calendar Synchronization admins with the snwsdrsvsync.admin role. This role allows users to view connection configurations, calendar providers, and manage Reservable Sync Configurations.
Key Features
- Total events today: Displays the number of events created on the current day as a single score.
- Calendar items generated today: Shows the count of calendar items created today.
- Breakdown calendar items by type: Provides a pie chart breakdown of calendar items categorized by type.
- Calendar items and events over the last 7 days: Uses step time series charts to visualize trends in calendar items generated and events processed.
- Pending events: Indicates the number of events yet to be processed.
- Events in error: Includes metrics on events with errors in the last 24 hours and over the last 30 days, with breakdowns and time series charts showing whether errors were sent to providers or not.
- Detailed error listing: Provides a list of all events in an error state over the last 30 days for troubleshooting and resolution.
